Job Description
职位描述：
1. Fully manage the work of the engineering department, including team building and training, departmental positioning and planning, performance evaluation of the department, etc.;
1. 全面管理工程部工作，包括团队建设和培训，部门定位和规划，部们绩效考评等；
2. Lead the product testing, processes to produce products that meet customer requirements;
2. 主导产品测试、工艺、制程等全部过程，生产符合客户要求的产品；
3. Inter-departmental coordination, unite and cooperate with the project, research and development, production, and quality departments to ensure product quality and efficiency.
3. 跨部门协调，与项目、研发、生产，品质部门团结合作，确保产品质量，提高效率；
4. Organize the formulation of short-term and long-term development plans for technical work and formulate corresponding technical measures;
4. 组织制定技术工作近期和长远发展规划，并制定相应的技术措施方案；
5. Organize the implementation, supervision and regulation of various processes, quality, equipment, cost and output indicators of the production process;
5. 组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标；
6. Guide the quality problems of each stage (new product introduction, mass production, market feedback)
6. 指导各个阶段（新产品导入，量产，市场反馈）的质量问题进行分析；
7. Responsible for product planning and promotion, solving product anomalies and emergencies, and improving the manufacturing capacity of the company's products;
7. 负责产品规划和推进，解决产品异常和突发状况，提升公司产品的可制造能力水平；
8. Promote internal reform and improvement of the project, responsible for construction and training of the engineering team.

9. Other tasks assigned by the superior leadership.

Job Requirements
任职要求
1. More than 7 years experience in optical communication industry, more than 3 years experience in the same position;
1、 7年以上光通信行业经验，3年以上同等岗位经验；
2. Introduction of active/passive optical module, EDFA/Line Card，photonics packaging products experience in process management,be familiar with SMT process
2、 有源/无源 光模块，EDFA/Line Card、光学封装产品的导入，工艺制程管理经验,熟悉SMT相关制程
3. Master product technology in the optical communication industry, be good at customer communication, and coordinate resources;
3、 掌握光通信行业产品技术，善于客户沟通，协调资源；
4. Bachelor degree or above, communication/photonics/automation related major is preferred;
4、 本科以上学历，通信/光电子/自动化相关专业优先；
5. Good team leadership and English skills;
5、良好的团队领导能力和英语能力
6. Be able to support business travel
6. 能适应中短期出差
